Community Action’s Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) of Washington County provides parents and families with free child care referrals and resources. CCR&R supports providers with technical assistance, onsite literacy training, and business development. CCR&R also provides Oregon employers with resource and program development expertise, so they can help their employees with child care and other family needs.

The Child Care Resource & Referral is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The referral line is answered from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Child Care Resource & Referral provides assistance with enrollment in our database of Washington County child care providers. We also provide information about available trainings and mentoring services. Contact CCR&R to learn more about The Learning Circle literacy program.
