The professional staff at Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) of Washington County understands how dramatically the work force is changing due to the prevalence of single parents and dual income families. CCR&R also knows productive employees and successful recruitment and retention strategies are based on family-friendly workplace policies.

CCR&R staff consults with local companies to provide guidance in the development of policies and resources and to support economically sound onsite child care or access to local care providers.
