Each year Community Action's I&R program provides an updated directory of the community services available for people in Washington County. There are still some copies of the 2011 edition available.

The Oregon and Southwest Washington 211 Network is a service provided by 211info that is fueled by local partners. Community Action is the Washington County partner in this network and that partnership is reflected in the 2011 Washington County edition of the Community Information Directory. The directory contains detailed information about available services. Resources are listed alphabetically and by service category with their name, address and phone number. In addition there are detailed descriptions of their services including service area, eligibility criteria, intake procedure, and other useful details. It is 8½" by 11", over 250 pages, and still priced at $30.00.
