Please help us keep the information in the 211info Resource Database current.  We do the best we can to keep the information current because we know how important accuracy is to all the folks needing help. The problem is that there are thousands of services listed, and service providers' addresses, phone numbers, funded services, etc. change frequently. If you notice any errors or ommissions, we would love to hear about it. Everyone who dials 2-1-1 or searches through the online resource listings is counting on us to have up-to-date information which will enable them to locate critical services for their clients or themselves. 

Any changes or new programs at your agency?
Would you like to apply for inclusion in the database?

Are you already listed in the resource database? And you need to send us a new phone number or change your service hours? Now you can make those changes over the internet! Service providers are given a "User name" and password that they can use at any time to log in and enter updated information for their agency. Or maybe you just want to be added to the database? From the Service Provider Tools page...

• Registered agencies can log in and update their information directly by using the "Login" button.
• Agencies that are listed in the database can select the "Request Password" button to become registered and get their very own user name and password.
• New service providers can submit their agency for inclusion using the "Get Listed" button.

If you're a new agency applying for inclusion, we encourage you to take a look at our Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria before applying for inclusion.

Have you heard about a new program at another agency? Or discovered a service that is not in the database? Please let us know about it so we can check it out. Just send an email with the name of the program and any contact information (email address, phone number, physical address) you have to new program.

Any updates or corrections you submit should appear in the online database within 2-14 days. If you don't see them within that time, please call 503-693-3280 to make sure that we received your updates. Thank you for helping to make our 2-1-1 system such a useful and accurate resource for connecting people to services throughout Oregon and SW Washington.
